A Caring, Christian Environment That’s Conveniently Located

Wee Pals is based on the idea that children continually learn by acting upon, and interacting with the world around them. The process of learning occurs naturally and within a nurturing and stimulating environment.

At Wee Pals child care center, we believe that the early childhood years are the most important years in life. What they learn when they are young will profoundly affect how they will live when they are older.

Our mission, as a non-profit corporation, is to provide high-quality child care focusing on child development through a stimulating environment, age-appropriate activities, and opportunities for children to learn about themselves, God and the world.

“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6

To accomplish our mission, we seek safe, healthy and nurturing care in an environment to the development of each child.

– warmth, affection and caring will be offered so children know they are a special individual
– care giving routines will be consistent so the child can develop trust in the caregiver and the program
– create a school family that cares for one another by keeping everyone safe

Building Their Tomorrows Today

We know there is no place like home, yet you can’t always be with your children. That’s why we strive to make parents comfortable when they entrust their little ones to our care. Good communication is key in cultivating that kind of trust. To do this, we:

Encourage strong parent/teacher relationships which nurtures both child and family

Keep parents in the know by utilizing monthly bulletin boards and newsletters, emails, the electronic app titled Brightwheel, and more!

Provide daily reports to parents of young children concerning meals, naps, diaper changes, and activities.

Continually train staff to understand child development and best practices

Prepare children for success in elementary school by teaching phonics, reading, and math skills in pre-kindergarten, on top of our solid preschool curriculum.

Work closely with several outside organizations, such as Fernbrook and ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education), to help children develop to their full potential.
